When you subscribe to a product, you will automatically receive recurring deliveries at your chosen frequency.
Available subscription options may include:

- Every 2 months
- Every 3 months
Subscribers receive:
- 10% discount on every subscription order
- Free shipping on subscription orders
- Flexible subscription management
Billing
Your selected payment method will be automatically charged before each scheduled shipment.
The subscription price and discount applicable at the time of purchase will remain active unless otherwise stated.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account.
You may:
- Pause your subscription
- Skip a shipment
- Change delivery frequency
- Update your shipping address
- Update payment details
- Cancel your subscription
Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.
If an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will apply to future deliveries only.
Returns & Refunds
Subscription orders are subject to our standard Returns Policy.
Due to the nature of pet food products, only unopened products may be returned unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will assist you promptly.
Changes to Subscription Program
Romeos Chews Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the subscription program at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to active subscribers.
